But total floor space same as Visionaire leh.

confirmed bigger. went to the showroom. that 0.4m2 of the 2 common rooms makes a diff. needless to say the extra 1.7m2 for the 4th bedroom. so jealous..... too bad SL doesn't accept MOP more than 9mths

4) Yes there will be an impact if anyone of you quit your job.

Hi

Our case is a little complex so would like hear from you guys, esp. the agents.

Here's the situation:
My wife has been unemployed for 1 year plus till May 2016, and is employed from June 2016 till now. So she submitted employment letter and 1 month payslip, and a statutory declaration of unemp.
Our combined income currently is 13k+ and deemed eligible

Having obtained a TC OTP - 4 qns:

1) How long is the approval process for bank loans and how long is the LO valid for?
2) How long is the approval process on dev/hdb end?
3) In the event that HDB comes back and ask for more documents, I guess we should be well within 14k income ceiling based on avg hh income over the last 6-12 months given that she was without job?
4) Also, what happens if for whatever reasons one of us quits his/her job during the approval process - any impact on both loan and hdb approval?

1. Bank may take about 1week
2. HDB approval abt 9weeks
3. Normally hdb only requires 3months info only.
4. Resign only after sign the bank loan offer. That wont take too long unless you keep look out.

anyone with 3+s want to ask the developer to

1. not build the wall for the study
2. retile the study from parquet to homo tiles [same as living room]
3. change the balcony door to be the same as 4 bedders? [since same length after knocking down the study]

you all think the success rate high not?

also - anyone know where is the position of all the aircon bo?

I thought of not to build the wall so that I can do a removable glass partition wall, so that I'll have a bigger living space when there's a visit and a study area for daily use... In this case the balcony door n flooring don't matter much to me... But I believe all these will incur cost... That's what making me pondering upon...

i think we have to decide soon? if we are removing them - we can get the developer to not build it in the first place [so we can save on hacking cost]

also - i am concerned about the air con placement - not sure how it will look like if we ask the developer not to build in the 1st place

If not wrong the aircon FCU should be above the door so that the back of the FCU is facing the corridor, the corridor ceiling lower than the room's to hide the pipings...

Hi, can I ask if it is possible to get our own contractors to shift the built in wardrobes from one wall to another after getting the unit? Will this be cheaper getting them to dismantle the built in wardrobe and adding an ikea one ourselves?

If I'm not wrong the flooring only covers the exposed area and the wardrobe finishing also only covers the exposed area...
