If I'm not wrong the flooring only covers the exposed area and the wardrobe finishing also only covers the exposed area...

I see. That means if need to remove wardrobe or need to shift wardrobe will need to do up the flooring and also the exposed wall too... Thanks for the info!

The wardrobe also will be affected, not sure how u going to do it...

Just one thing about Sengkang/Punggol I can't get my head around - the congested TPE exit and the ensuing traffic jam. The area is expanding yet the traffic infrastructure is not coping.

There's 2 exits to Punggol and usually only the Punggol Rd exit is jammed up. Stayed in Punggol for 3yrs already and I have no complaints abt the traffic. I even think its more convenient than my previous place in Hougang...cos nearer to the expressways.

When I travel to the west during peak hours....i always feel like vomitting blood lo. Hahaa.

Derong07, is there any floor plan layout with dimensions for type A, B1 and B3 which are only showing models instead of show flat? Is it like pasted on the model stand?

Hi, sorry can't catch ur qn. Are u referring to dimensions on the floorplans? The dimensions are shown on the boards at the entrances of the 2 showsuite units.

Ya, but only the showflat has the info, but the other 3 layout don't have, by right should have also, so wondering if the model there got or not...

Hey yup they have the small model of the apartment type. near the entrance and the ec main model. got this 3 built up model of the other 3 bedroom types.

Just went there at around 930pm. The carpark is almost full. There are some coaches hanging around the carpark entrance area picking up contruction workers... man... there were MANY workers. Machiam bus interchange.

Anyone did a recce in the morning? How early does the vehicles move off? Is it noisy? There is a tiny green belt separating the EC and the carpark. Was wondering if I should get a 5th or 6th floor. Let the trees block out the vehicular sound. Anyone care to share their views on this? All insights are appreciated!

If i recall correctly, the model has a scale. You can estimate / calculate the actual size from the scale.

I already signed the OTP, there also a floor plan in the folder, just that if the developer has one with dimensions it will save me the trouble to measure myself...

That car park is temporary, may not even be there when TC TOP... It is reserved for high rise residential for future development under the master plan... So to speak, u may not face the bus interchange problem, but u may be facing construction in future... Everything will be ok after the plot of land is developed though...

I think mid to low level is good. Eventually view will likely be blocked by high rise and the units will likely be placed in the same type of orientation as treasure crest and the vales to increase margin for the developer. Might not be worth to pay the additional premium.

As for noise, I think shouldn't be too bad, normally the workers are not so noisy. You should probably be more worried about the dust at the lower levels

yep tat's the same one we can get also. only with the estimated area sizes. dun have the dimensions.

It all depends on demand for housing there. The master plan may be changed and that may remain as it is.
