It's a credit card, it will appear as all credit cards do in CBS.

That is a good question, their site only mentions the no fee benefits for the credit card and not just "card".

yes, it should be. Even applying for the digital bank card gets logged as an new application review by CBS. Digital bank is a joint venture with SCB and SCB is a CBS member.

But if you applied for the savings account first and want to sign up for the credit card, logging out/clearing app data and applying doesn't work. Once you sign in by Singpass it'll just say you already have an account.

It is currently a bug. Maybe not too sure if this work? You can close the account first and then apply for credit card first followed by savings accounts again upon approval.
