I personally encourage the price rise. Best is rises to $2 so to discourage me for these diabetes drink.

Either order kopi o, or after I eat I go other mamak shop nearby to buy canned drink. Many selling 80cts only.

havent been buying soft drinks at hawker/coffeeshop for a long time. rather get a teh, kopi peng etc where its troublesome to make at home.

same goes for those lime juice, bandung, lemon tea that are made with syrup. if its real tea and lemon or boiled barley for $1.60, still not so bad.
