Too long and baggy is subjective and depends on one's build as well?Personally, their shorts work well for me in terms of fit.

Sounds like you might be looking for the short and tight fit shorts stocked by retailers targeting teenage/early 20s customers like bugis village etc? Or alternatively, go online!

Too long.. Can use their inhouse alteration.

Personally I don't wear most of their bottoms other than the straight cut jeans as they are too tight for my body type.

Can roll them up. Rolling twice works for me. (I'm only 1.71m)

I am thinking of this going by the order of layering from inner to outer layer.
1. heatech extra warm
2. long sleeve shirt
3. Ultralight down parka
4. some wool coat. (not sure if this is required)

Is this sufficient?
