the only pieces from the mens' collection that wasn't borderlining on boring were some of the jackets. womenswear had a lot more interesting pieces (knitwear is done pretty well, great selection of jackets, shirting in several cuts), and a much bigger selection to say the least.




there wasn't any limit of purchasing.

put few piecs of S, M sizes out first, mixed with L , XL sizes, when S,M sold out, some may be tempted to buy X, XL

den slowly top up S, M sizes over the weekend from the warehouse

as much as i can understand giving media/vip's first dibs on everything, i think the marketing dept should have set aside a decent amount of stock in all sizes for the public. to be amongst the first few customers in the store on its first official opening day and not be able to find anything much left in your size is rather disappointing.

as i've mentioned, the current +J collection has already been released for quite some time worldwide, and since the spring/summer collection will be released soon i don't see why the uniqlo factories would be producing anymore of the current collection pieces.

judging from what the marketing dept has done for the media preview i don't see why they would stash away anything in the storeroom at all (esp. the smaller sizes) since they'd all sell out anyhow.
