Looks like only Singapore +J collection is doing well compared to the rest of the country. I see some even have +J sales

anyone can confirm? My sis is at uk maybe can ask help me get a piece or two if the sizing is the same

i'll confirm this myself. just do a comparison with the jp/uk online stores and u'll realise there is indeed a sizing difference. in short, go down one size if you're getting anything from the uk store (and any other american/european stockist).

Jil Sander's aesthetics are mainly very basic, so don't expect much when you actually buy the +J collection. Honestly, there's nothing very exciting about this collection compared to other capsule collections like Jimmy Choo for H&M or Christopher Kane for Topshop. It's just kinda boring and everybody's buying it just because of the brand name. There's a brand ***** in everyone. Jil Sander really needs to reinvent the whole look she's doing for Uniqlo or otherwise the only thing that differentiates a +J collection shirt and another shirt of the same type would be the +J tag. Just hopes that SS10 would be better.

jil sander isn't about being exciting.

"the only thing that differentiates a +J collection shirt and another shirt of the same type would be the +J tag"

superficial much?

pay some attention to the detailing on the pieces in the collection, do a comparison with the normal uniqlo offerings, then try saying the only difference is in the tag.

ppl still managed to shop amidst all the mess... when i see the clothes in a pile, it gives me a headache...

went to +J section, almost everything is hanging on the rack or folded nicely on the table...

lucky to find a nice M size chip lapel blazer! it has a hidden 3rd button that turns it into a 3-button blazer. nice touch Jil Sander! :s7:

Managed to kop 3 +J oxford shirts in size S on the opening day. Some might say that it looks like your typical G2000 shirt but I can assure you its not, the cutting and quality is way better. I believe most of the small sizes for blazers and jackets got snapped up during the media preview event. There wasn't even any pants left when the store opened. Crowd control was also practically non-existant given its crazier than the opening at T1 crowd. Kudos to the service staff there on that day that had to put up with the mayhem.

SG Uniqlo should have anticipated the rush for the +J items given the hype they put up for it. I find it really disappointing as KohChris and others who already mentioned, that the team did not allocate sufficient stocks for the official Singapore launch. What more, the collection was launched 2 months ago in Europe. What gives? I believe Tai Sing only wanted to bring the line in for their new store so that it would generate more buzz because afterall, everyone needs a 3rd Uniqlo store -.-

I did spot another line in uniqlo designed by Kiminori Mori****as (KM) but the +J hype drowned it out I guess. Also, their material seem to be too thick for SG weather so I gave it a pass.

On a side note, anyone managed to notice if they restocked the denim shirts? I could only find 1 during the opening day and it was in L :(

the size XS you are referring to, is only available in american/european markets. it is the equivalent of our size S.

if u noticed the jp uniqlo website, they have size XS wan, but sg uniqlo stores dun carry them.
So i was wondering if they are doing them the same for J+ too...

uniqlo size S shirts and jackets are still too big for me...
