this is great news, thank for the feedback! i already have a set currently being reshelled. i will wait for the reshelled unit to arrive first to check on the fit - if the fit is perfect, i'll again visit your store to have my 3x reshelled. i plan to use the same impression.

Anyone has any idea if aftermarket cables for recessed UM sockets are widely available in Singapore or overseas?

Also, how come when i'm trying to use the UM custom designer tool from CIEM Designer , the custom art i adds gets scaled to a very very weird position and i can't seem to adjust it to scale keeping it in proportion?

i have one of null audio's cable and tried them on the recessed sockets - it won't fit at first. i did a bit of DIY and scraped the excess plastic till they fit into the recessed sockets. nocturnal cables also fits perfectly.

use JH's ciem designer instead. you will be able to scale and rotate your artwork to your liking.

Speaking of which I saw a weird guy in his early 30s wearing customs with copper cables tied at the back of his head, singing n nodding his head like in a rock concert on MRT...

Everyone is laughing at him not long before they set their eyes on me wearing my customs...

For that moment they seem to class me together with that guy... Lol...
