Hi All, just to ask in case if anyone might encountered similar situations before.

Yesterday i called the hotline: +65 6990 5200 to attempt to get through to a service representative.

Usually i am able to do so, just last month i managed to get through.

But since yesterday when tried to call, i was not routed to a service representative.

And IBKR mentioned to open a ticket no. online and then hanged up the call.

Today morning, same situation happened again.


Just curious, if anyone has experienced the same issue(s) and/or is better to advise on it?

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some insights on a sudden issue I encountered with an OCBC Unit Trust.

I have been investing in the following fund:
Fidelity Global Multi Asset Income Fund F A-Min(G)SGD-H (SGD/USD)

Here is the timeline of what happened:

April: I was able to buy the fund as usual via the OCBC app and completed my CKA (Customer Knowledge Assessment) smoothly.

May: When I tried to top up/buy more, the "Buy" option completely disappeared from the app. I can only see the "Sell" option now.

Steps I’ve taken so far (with no luck):

Emailed OCBC: Sent an inquiry but haven't received any response after 10 working days.

Visited the Branch: Spoke to a bank officer in person. Surprisingly, they were clueless and mentioned they couldn't even see or search this specific Unit Trust name on their internal system anymore.

Has this fund been soft-closed, suspended, or delisted by OCBC for retail investors? Or is it related to a platform migration/technical glitch?

Would appreciate it if anyone who holds this fund or works in the space could shed some light on what's going on. Thanks in advance!

Agree on the pricing part. Easy for me to buy cos I can't choose the price. ETF I always want to bid to get lesser than quoted price, end up may not get.

some brokers do not restrict the order price so the etf will spike very high or low when a market order is processed. price-nav mismatch.

Where you get 0% sales charge? Not all platforms are 0%.

my ut in Maribank, poems and fsm do not have sales charge. fsm has quarterly fee though. uob charges bank agent transaction fee and quarterly fee for cpf investment too.

I wonder if there is anyone here who is paying sales charge for unit trusts....
There are so many 0% sales charge platform, what benefit do you get paying sales charge for unit trust?

FSMOne has no platform fee for CPF unit trusts and also once you hit $500k AUM (stocks and CPF unit trusts included). Sadly FSMOne doesn't carry Amundi unit trusts, instead they have Vanguard UT for +tier investors.

have about $100k OA+SRS idle funds to invest and I'm looking at amundi msci world A12S via poems. Is there a better platform and any difference in fees between buying in small amounts over a period of time vs one whole shot dump in? Paiseh very long time never buy UT n asking stupid questions
