just came back on Tuesday night.

gone to Disneyland/Disneysea thrice. USJ once. from 2015 to-date.

my family and I rate it as such...

1. DisneySea
2. USJ
3. Disneyland

for USJ, if you and partner only, please buy the Express pass. queues are 70mins onwards for the popular rides (all rides at USJ), Harry Potter ones are also 50mins onwards.

then again, i would say, if you and partner only, please just buy the Express pass. there is nothing to talk about with your partner in the long queue......... finish all the rides and go back hotel quickly better....

Hey guys, sorry I never go USJ before, I know there are complete of guide and 攻略 abt USJ
and I heard it is recommended to download the USJ app and some ride is time designated, and you need to "bid for time", all this is very confusing for me

I have a couple of noob question

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask

So I brought this express pass, shown below from klook

1. So I still need to do any booking to go in the mario land before hand or I just walk in during my session time already?
2. Do I need to download the USJ app before hand to do that? or I just show the staff my klook express pass ticket can liao?
3. Do I need to redeem any ticket on the USJ app to enter any park or ride? I already have the express pass
4. Is it a must to download the USJ app or it is just recommended by youtube?
5. For example my designated time for the Harry potter is 1740, if I go that area before hand, I will denied entry right? is it how it work?
6. What is the main purpose of USJ app? is it just tell you how long is each queue for each ride?

I am a solo traveller and will take single rider

Iirci bought from usj website last November. Managed to get senior pass for myself.

I got my ticket from klook back in August 2025
- Main ticket
- Express pass
- One Piece special edition Pass

very fuss free, no problem, if no other problem, just use klook, unless you can read japanese and prefer to buy direct from the Japan website

Hi, check is there other websites to book the express pass? not sure why Klook only allow me to choose 1 ticket for Dec. It says only 1 ticket available....

several years ago, i tried to buy USJ ticket directly and all my credit card rejected by the website..

i want to answer to my own question from last month,
i tried to book the tickets from USJ ticketing directly from my laptop, and don't know why my credit card and my youtrip both rejected.
but i manage to book from the website using my phone with the same credit card.

the reason why i booked from the usj ticketing and not klook, because the USJ ticketing have more stock on the express pass. A lot of express pass in klook is either sold-out or only have 1-2 tickets, while in usj ticketing still have a lot of stocks. The timing option in klook website also more limited than usj ticketing website.
