Grab a bite outside before coming to usj.. The restaurant here don't open so early.. 10ish to 11 and skip the minions cafe, nt impressive..

I might head to the Harry Potter side for lunch. Is that recommended? I know Disney almost inside out but first time to USJ :p

Going usj 19 dec need express? What is the practise? Open gate chiong to gett timed ticket for harry potter area or chiong harry potter ride? Then after that? Why it seems everyone talking abt this harry potter thing?

I will be gog to USJ on the 19th Dec too but wont be getting the express pass as the congestion forecast predict that the crowd will be light.

It is looking at the q when I was there. Since non alcoholic then I never buy. No recommendation since I only eat at minions cafe then all the way until dinner then eat outside. Didn't stay till night parade cos with son also.

Went last Monday. Even with express tickets, some rides need to q around 10 to 15 mins. Quite reasonable to me.

Strongly advise to get express tickets unless u want to reach there early morning before they open and prepare to q at least 1 to 1 and a half hours for any rides.

I think all the queuing spoils all the fun

Its nice but I think it's overhyped.

Singaporean as singapiteans. One say good all say good and must not miss.

Thanks. For kiddy rides, not roller coaster stuff, is it worth it to get express pass? My kids are too young for them.

i check from the website at https://www.usj.co.jp/e/attraction/timed-entry-ticket/ about timed entry ticket.

"A Timed Entry Ticket to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ is included with purchase of Universal Express™ Pass."

1) does that mean i dont have to obtain the timed entry ticket on the day itself if i have the express pass?

2) If i purchase express pass, do i still need to purchase 1 day pass?

Express pass is optional whereas 1 day pass is a must if you want to visit the park. For Harry Potter, you dont need express pass actually. I rode few times towards the end of the day. Simply the best USJ and USS ride combined.
