Ticket date

Hi,

I have a question regarding dated entry ticket. Lets say I have obtained ticket A and it stated valid from 3 July, can I still turn up on 2 July to enter the park on the grounds that both 2 and 3 July utilizes ticket A? Will the staff turn me away? There is no change to cost of 1 day pass. Thanks to anyone who have experienced the same situation and can offer some insight.

Suggest that you check with the ticket issuer to confirm. Had similar experience with Osaka Aquarium recently on the validity date. Bought a combi ticket of it with USJ through Klook and indicated the visit as 30 May which was my intended visit date to USJ for Ticket A pricing. Realised later that the validity date for the aquarium was also tied to the same date whereas I had actually planned to visit it a day earlier on 29 May. Checked with Klook and was told that the aquarium ticket was not valid before the start of the validity date. Fortunately, I was able to shuffle my plan.

Anyone familiar with USJ express pass 4 and 7?

The timed ticket is only for days the park is crowded.
We went on a weekday In JUne, we went to the booth at two different timing and they told us they don't have it for today. We wanted to go back in the evening to look at the castles so we wanted to get a timed ticket for the evening, they say no timed ticket and we can walk in.

For all the 4D rides, The Harry Potter 4D ride is more intense a
Lucky we went for the Harry Potter ride first instead of the timed ticket. If not, we have to queue for a longer time. We got to the HArry Potter ride first because we follow the crowd and it just lead us there. nd vivid. It you are not sure about whether you can take 4D rides. The simple ones will be those at theater like Sailor Moon and Gozilla and Attack of Titans which the chairs only jerk a bit. Next level Is spiderman which the chair moves a bit more and is more realistic.. Then the Minions and the most exciting should be the Harry Potter.

Even if you are not taking the Harry Potter ride, it is still a beautiful place to visit and there is also an evening light show to catch

sry hijack this thread, going with mother and sister to usj, so planning to get just the express pass for sis as me and my mom wont be that excited for the rides.

qns, even without express pass for 2 of us, all 3 of us can still just make it for the harry potter ride without much waiting?

thanks

If you are visiting during weekdays and non-holiday season, you don't really need to get an express pass unless you are aiming for the popular rides like roller coasters. For Harry Potter, wait till evening, maybe 1-2hr before the park closes and you just have to wait for a few minutes.

depends on when u going.
i was there during last week of July, went on a monday. the harry potter ride waiting time was about 2hrs throughout the day.
other rides in USJ also average 1+hrs queue.

no idea why it was so crowded... coz i thought their school holidays starts in end July

going on a wed, still trying to find info how the process is like

from my understanding its
1- queue to book timeslot
2- arrive at your allocated time slot
3- enjoy

correct?

cause this is the only ride i plan all 3 of us to go together, the rest let my sis use her express pass to go on the other rides while me and my mom just normal pass enjoy slow walk

This is what I did some years back too. Regular ticket bought from the booth in the morning. Queue half hour at gates before opening with all the early birds... when the gates open, everyone cheongs in like horse racing and turn right at first main junction to Harry Potter world. Queue less than 15 minutes and you're in the 4D ride, after that went out immediately queue for the Flight of the Hippogriff. All in done with both rides in less than an hour.

Rest of the day just leisurely try out the other rides.

btw, best to arrive earlier, before the official park opening hours. coz they may open earlier then wat was stated. when i went last month, the opening hours stated on the website was 9am for weekdays. but they let everyone in ard 8:30am. the rides didnt start until 9am though, so go in earlier is just to queue

QI just went in June. Allocated ticket is not available everyday. It depends on the crowd. I went to the booth to check twice, once when it just open and the other time around noon. They told me there are no allocated tickets for that day. . I wanted to take an allocated slot because the castle looks stunning at night and I was worried I can't get in.
Weekday queue should be faster.
I read somewhere the queue is worse during their summer break, not sure when it is.
Reach before the opening hour. I reached half an hour before and I was still a few metres from the entrance. It is easy to reach the Harry Potter place as everyone is going that direction. Just follow the crowd.if u see a queue, just queue. My queue was around the entrance of the Harry Potter segment. I took the 4d Harry potter as my first ride, took me around half an hour to get to the ride. No need for express pass unless you going to take a lot of rides.

I bought the express pass when I went there and it's really quite worth the money. I didn't want to rush there and queue in the morning.

I went for the Harry Potter ride and it was like my turn in less than 10mins. Usual queue was like 2hrs+. Literally like just walk straight to the boarding area. You can complete a much larger number of rides in a single day.

The despicable me and the transformer better to use express pass. The shark one and fire burning no need cause nto much people. Everyone busy queuing elsewhere.

Just came back from USJ.

Went in 8am today
And surprisingly already have ppl inside.

Entrance no queue.
Bag check less than a minute using Klook e-voucher
Scan QR code

The first ride is Harry Potter the Forbidden journey.
No need time slot.

8:30 am queue. Less than 20 mins I’m in the ride.
By the time I came out 9am. The queue is very Long

Next proceed to Jurassic Park.
Queue single rider but waited 45mins.

Subsequent rides around 20-45 mins. Using single rider.

The longest I waited and last ride is Minions.
1/1/2 hours.

Completed 8 rides using normal ticket.

In summary :
• come early. Reach there 8 am.
• Dash for Harry Potter rides. Don’t bother the rest first.
Harry Potter peak time can be 2hrs wait
• next go for Flying Dragon @ Jurassic Park,(roller coaster) followed by Jurassic Park - the ride ( water ride)

By the time u completed 2-3 rides
Everywhere is peak time.
