Can help me out on this? There are videos & pic inside. From my gopro.

I have tried many data recovery software but to no avail. It says, "please format drive before use".

HI Starry, where did you buy your microSD card from?

Have you tried using a different card reader to read the MicroSD card?

WHat brand? Chances are it might be dead... Maybe you can look at Kingston or Samsung MicroSD cards next time... :)

gopro forums got people with similar problems. i think need to update gopro firmware and a few other steps.

DO NOT copy other files into the card used for gopro.

Is it a new card? Test its capacity before? If not tested before, might be a fake card?:s22:

Get those more branded SD cards like Samsung and Kingston, their warranty period at least 10 years~

Try using the microsd in sd card adaptor and clean the metal contacts with cotton bud. Borrow usb microsd card reader from friends.

to salvage the data in your MicroSD card will be difficult.. in fact, salvage the whole MicroSD card itself may not be possible too.

remember to use the software from SD website to format your card instead of using normal format methods
