None yet I think.
The index that they are tracking is showing 4.25% dividend yield.
The product highlight sheet states quarterly distributions up to 4% / year.

Two of the top 3 constituents (Scentre Group and Mirvac Group) are not even Reits or business trusts. Stockland too. Very misleading to call this a Reit ETF.

i usually call such as properties+reits-related but this is Green! love it but where to get them?

probably good to use this for a bit of diversification from S-Reits

Yeah. I'm very likely considering this, to complement my CFA.

But I'm quite worried, cause the last reit etf that was quite aus-heavy, BYJ, only have roughly SGD 22 mil aum. Feels like the fund will close down anytime.

Hopefully this will get comparable aum to CFA and CLR.

Probably the Green part will get more investor interest
