I really wonder why this ETF is falling so much?
Anyone know.
I bought it when it was listed at S$ 1.

Is it ok to keep it (or) sell and absorb the loss? I need some suggestions.

The capital you put in is needed for your everyday spending? If not this REIT pay dividends and you can wait it out while collect dividends. Any sell now is realized loss. But if you think the capital you get after sold off can be put in other places to earn even more monies then yes sell. Some are slowly pivoting to T-Bill and other money market fund basically the fixed income kind of investment. This is not bad strategy too.

All reit prices are falling & this one no exception. Even then what so appealing of this green reit when there are so many other good reit & shares around?

You need to know the TS is comparing his buy in price $1 I guess at IPO versus now. He is not comparing this ETF with other ETF to see it is doing well or not. This is not wrong mindset becuz to some investors I only need to know I put in X dollars if I sell I get back how much profits or loss.
Thanks for your comments.
I am willing to wait until this bounce back above $ 1.
To be honest I do not know ETF and do not understand how UOB GRN is performing.

The real question - will this ever come up - is there a dynamic in the portfolio to do so?

If I'm not wrong this ETF does pay dividends. So if you just collect dividends while waiting for it to bounce back to $1 then. In fact you keep track the dividends they pay you and maybe no need to wait for the share price to go back to $1 you can sell and get back capital already.
