Both Multiper and 360 can check current month credit card spending in internet banking. Not just transactions but a total of the transactions that mets the criteria.

Is there a way to do that for UOB One account?

it's a general unspoken requirement for GIRO across most organisation to deduct upon min $10 spend.

Hello,

I went ahead and called CSO after I received rejection letter. The CSO clearly said that bank is not liable to give any reason of rejection to the customer . She said I am welcome to apply for the credit card again. I even told her that without this card I see no reason why I should hold on to the UOB one account , she said she really cannot help with anything here. Also told me there is 30 dollar penalty for early account closure.

I had the exact same issue few days ago, and I simply then click on the 'Apply Credit Card' function for the ONE card under the Internet Banking site.

Guess what, strangely, I got a SMS within the same day that my application is approved. DUH

NO! When the bank does not even have an internal secure mail system via internet banking, do you think their platform can provide that info? That was why I sent back a feedback when the bank were unable to provide my spending for the last quarter, citing the reason that they were unable to provide bank related transaction info by email. I do not want the info via phone call as I want to see them in black and white, so they decided to use the most outdated way - BY POST!

Not sure if this has been raised before but I was told by UOB customer service that paying monthly car loan (UOB loan) via UOB One account will not be considered as a GIRO Arranged Payment. It is currently reflected as Misc Debit in the UOB One account and does not make any sense to me as I've signed the GIRO form over at UOB Branch. Anyone facing the same issue and wondering if more feedback/escalation should be done.

Hi guys, recently the UOB iBanking website shows some other recommended services when I login e.g. UOB Stash, or some random cc. These "ads" clutter up my Account Summary page.

Any way to get rid of them?

1) Counted for UOB ONE account ($500)
2) Counted for UOB ONE card ($500, $1000, $2000)

I received my card before 20th Aug and had diligently charged $500 + $100 (Axs) before Aug end. Meaning I met my Aug $500 on UOB One account.

In sept, can I continue charge and try to hit $1k on UOB One card before statement runs (I suspect it’s 13th)? Does that count to sept $500 Spending on UOB One account but entitle me to get $1k spending rebate on UOB One cc (assuming I Continue to spend $1k for next two bills)?

You can call in to check on your statement date, not the same for everyone. Your first quarterly rebate should be based on spending on your statement generated in Aug, Sep, Oct. Will need to know your statement date to see you are on track to fulfil card spend for 3 months or 2 months (get 2/3 of the quarterly rebate for first quarter)

Anyone knows if the 3 giro requirement for the uob one account is monthly or yearly? If i use giro to pay income tax and insurance once a year does it count?
And topping up ezlink card in gtm machines counted for $500 spending?
