Wait so long!? I got it about a week or few days. Maybe now many applicants. Try call hotline to ask for status.

Well it depends. Some people do 3x Giro to fulfil requirement for UOB one, without need to credit salary.
True.. This probably will be the next bank account i will open after BOC and Maybank as I base my decision on the highest possible interest with reasonable requirements. Of course, everyone's 'reasonable requirements' differ, but that's just me..

Hi anyone experience to share? I apply my cc cards under giro. Opted for min payment. This month my giro did not go through

Called hotline. They told me if below min amount, no deduction. My min was $63 for this month. And i left $40 for deduction

u should always choose full payment for giro to be processed if u intend to make part payment.

Since u choose min payment, and paid it down to below min, no giro

Then u have to pay the full outstanding balance before due date to avoid fees! More work

Ya same. I also thinking of changing cards. So difficult to achieve 500 every month

im also thinking to cancel this card. not because its hard to get 500, but i always use the dbs altitude card to get miles. this is my main card

see how in october. if they charge me annual fees, i confirm cancel, otherwise just keep for fun. maybe sometimes got uob dining promo can use.

Like to find out for those exclusions of rebates, do they still considered inside the minimum spend criteria?
https://www.uob.com.sg/assets/pdfs/one_card_full_tnc.pdf
Let's say I spend $200 on government institutions & $300 on groceries & made the 5 transactions in that month. Is it considered as min $500 spend & only $300 qualified for rebates?

you dun get partial of the quarterly rebate. all of the min spend must be eligible spend

Can I check if using internet banking to pay for other bank's credit cards considered as a giro payment for UOB one account (which counts under the 3 requirements)?

Just moved from OCBC 360 account and OCBC counted that as part of their criteria. Wonder does this apply to UOB One account too?
