1) Access Internet banking
2) Under Apply For
3) GIRO Arrangement
4) Select UOB Credit Card Center

GIRO to Citibank
1) Fill in Citi Direct Debit GIRO Application
2) Snail mail it back

GIRO to DBS
1) Fill in DBS Interbank GIRO form
2) Snail mail it back

GIRO to OCBC
1) Fill in DBS Interbank GIRO form
2) Snail mail it back

one issue thou, if i need to interest to be in this month, can i do ad hoc uob online banking payment to other credit cards (scb/ocbc etc) considered as 'giro transactions'?

GIRO is GIRO, if u transfer using iBanking that itself is a category

1. what to input for Name of Bank/Finance Company?

Assuming i am using ONE account to pay CPF for foreign worker levy.

Want to ask something, I have yearly health insurance rider payment made by my uob card, does this count as monthly spent on credit card for the following;
1. To meet the 500 bucks spent for uob one account monthly interest
2. To meet the sum eg, 500, 1000,2000 for the quarterly rebate

Yes, unless you pay via those means excluded in TnC e.g. AXS
