Guys I signed up UOB one account with the One credit card last November and till now I still did not receive any form of cash back.

Average spending 1K plus to 2K per month with maybe 400 to 500 of them Grab transactions.

The sign-up bonus of $180 also no have. TNC says need to spend 1K within 30 days but I already spent 1K in first week.

How ar ???

Suggest you study the website or earlier posts here to understand the rebate and interest mechanism. You may not get any rebate or get lower tier rebate if you did not meet the spending of $500/$1000/$2000 and min 5 transactions in all 3 statement months (or last 1 or 2 months for 1st quarter)

I see. Tried to call, so hard to get through. Gave up half way :s13::s13::s13: Shall wait then.

UOB One CC rebates are credited every quarterly/every 3 months. You will get the rebates (including the additional Grab rebates) on the last day of the month after the quarter. If your quarter is Jan to Mar, the rebates will be in on last day of April. Call up CSO to check your quarters.

Sign up bonus should have a payment date/period in the tnc. I would suggest looking at that to estimate when you will get it.

Thanks for the info. Got it.

I was looking at some of the past post. Some mention that government related spending does not quality on the One card.

Need to know this spending does not qualify for the minimum spending of $500 for the one account or does not quality for the one card quarterly cash rebate?

Thank you.
I could find the TnC for the one card saying they don qualify for the quarterly rebate. But where to find the TnC saying they doesn't count towards the minimum spending?

https://www.uob.com.sg/web-resources/personal/pdf/personal/save/tnc-cts.pdf

See under section 40 for one account. Same exclusions as quarterly rebate

This is the first time I'm paying both of my UOB CC bills from my One Account via GIRO.

- On my One account list of transactions, both amounts were deducted on 31 Dec.
- On my CC list of transactions, there is an item with Trans Date 27 Dec, Post Date 2 Jan, and transaction amount $0. The description is "Auto Payment Issued".
- My CC payment due date is 2 Jan.
- On my Account Summary page of both CC, the Payment Due Amount is still non-zero.
- There has always been enough funds in my One Account to pay for both bills.

I'm confused. Was payment made for the CC bills or not?

1. Maximum effective interest rate (EIR) on the One Account is 1.50% p.a. for deposits of S$75,000, provided customers meet the criteria of S$500 Card Spend in each calendar month.

2. Maximum effective interest rate (EIR) on the One Account is 2.44% p.a. for deposits of S$75,000, provided customers meet both criteria of S$500 Card Spend AND (a) a min. S$2,000 salary credit via GIRO OR (b) 3 GIRO debit transactions in each calendar month
