their 0.3% now for credit card spend now before they going to remove it totally from next month onward is even lesser than BOC's 0.35% for bill payment alone...

not telling u. Doest advise people who just doing it for selfish reasons (based on the amount, i realized u are just doing it bare minimally for the sake of generating higher interest for yourself)

Missed out on the additional interest as one of my giro failed to go through last month. Anyone here with similar experience tried to appeal by making it up in some other ways? successful? I've seen people here saying that the CSO allowed them to make it up by spending more the following month when they missed the minimum spend by a little bit.

I think its worth it to just call in and ask the CSO nicely if anything can be done to appeal. Also mention its the covid period and hope for the best.
