Giro deduction

Anyone faced this issue? I did not receive the One Bonus Amount because the GIRO deduction for the credit card was deducted on 30 April (because 1 May was a public holiday?)

how come mine not credited yet. I should have met both criteria.

something must be wrong. seems I need to call in to check.

pls call maybe a few days before the end of the month to check for ineligible transactions, this is what i will do from now onward. If you lazy to talk to them, u can use their online chat function after u call.

Mine is in for this month.
But they say will credit for last month, cos I short of $30 last month. And compensate it this month.

Thanks. called shortly after the post, and was told the cc payment transaction to Grab PlayLater bill is not eligible. Argued with the CSO as it was eligible for April.

COS away twice for double check, and finally informed cc payment to grab bill should be counted, but need to check further and call back before 4pm. Till now, no call back at all.
