I think he/she trying to say that there are more & more exclusions by UOB, tightening the eligibility of the bonus interest. So maybe some people might not get the bonus interest, because they did not meet the criteria.

this is new to me, din know cancelling the card used for the spending will void the eligibility, apologies if you think i was being sarcastic in the earlier reply, I was more sore towards the bank as I was a victim too before of not getting the interest.
