i thought what you are asking is the cut-off time. then when people say best is to keep it till 1045, you seem to know that isn't the case?
Sighs. Ok since you really want to know what's going on:

I'm asking about cut-off time. Trazora told me "in by 10pm and keep to at least 10.45pm".

I got a bit confused. Only put money in for 45 mins? Sound a bit weird. That's why I clarified if he meant 10 am instead of 10 pm.

I'm not disagreeing with him. Just want to clarify to see which is really the case.

Here. Hope my breakdown of thoughts step by step was clear enough for you.

have you put in a request to waive?
Mine not charged yet but CSO say will charge sometime in Aug. Told me I have to go branch to cancel. I was planning to go in Jul. But if really can waive, then maybe I won't cancel.

if they can't afford to waive a $18 debit card for customers... the bank must be in trouble LOL.

that said, UOB has never failed to waive for my One card every year so I'm hopeful they will continue to be nice to me.

It's the other way round. It has too much money and is not bothered to piss off customers.

Is UOB the only bank that charge for Debit card which acts as ATM ?
