So if i got two UOB cc card. Both mthly payment deduct from one
account, consider 2 giro?
I believe as long as they are paid separately - one with its own statement and deduction instructions, it'll be considered separate giros.

then again, I don't have multiple cards with UOB so I'm not sure if they consolidate the card bills into one or not. maybe the others can advise. sorry for not being sure.

Yes. You are on the right track on using the giro requirements set by uob. For myself, the uob cc bill, and all government related monthly expenses are all charged to giro. I have at least 5 in case one didnt trigger like the ultilities bill due to usave rebates. Once u fulfil that you can use your salary credit for other high interest earning accounts.

Those with One credit card, does UOB refuse to waive off your annual charges?
If refuse just cancel the damn card. Money also move out to other accounts. We dont need this no waiver ********. Apply again 1 year later to get new cc signup freebies

I called up CSO of UOB and realised that the following won't count towards my $500 spend on One Card:

1) top up of MRT /Nets flashpay card
2) payment at hospitals including Eye Centre, Heart Centre, Dental Centre etc

Yes most (if not all) top up won't count.

I would exclude insurance and medical payments too

As long as they falls within the list of cards that they allow to accumulate as qualifying spending towards unlocking the interest crediting requirement, you may spend across multiple cards to form the $500 minimally

But why would you want to do that? You will be missing out the cashback for the credit cards eg uob one card that requires min 500 spending to get 3.33% cash back. why not accumulate spending on just one card?
