Actually most bank I see have option to disable for online purchases. Example trust, Posb. How come UOB do not have this option.

UPDATE: It is really crap. I saw the replacement card added to my APP (have not got the physical card or activate it). They put back the Fraud UK purchase to the replacement card also. The UOB one spent is updated for the CC 500$ requirement. I call UOB they say will take 7 days before the temp reverse the fraud purchase amount.

But no.
Higher , but only 3 point something. 3.5 % (or thereabouts).
Our SGD is not = your SGD somehow. Not the same value to the banks

For UOB just do a Paynow from other bank to UOB one to simulate "salary". This is not a loophole. Just read the website and remember to fill the the remarks or description correctly to let the IT system detect. So far this until this month it works.

I think when yr fund is earmarked. Dont think yr fund can be deducted for any fraudulent transaction by debit card.
