UOB one account monthly bonus interest calculation if you meet both criteria and has at least $50k :

((1.5*10000)+(2.0*20000)+(3.33*20000)-(0.05*50000))/100*[no of days in the month]/365

or simply

$(3.263*[no of days in the month])

Eg. Jan got 31 days, so it is $101.15

If based on 366 days, interest will be

$(3.254*[no of days in the month])

Most interestingly, how much interest given in Feb 2016? I lost track.

$(3.263* 29 days)

or

$(3.254* 29 days)

Interest has been based on computation of 365 days so far.

Maybe end of the year, got adjustment?

I put forward this question earlier in the year, why 365 and not 366 for 2016

Nvm lah think can just let it be, based on 365 better, higher interest.

having the uob1 cc is a plus.
However,
without it, u can still hit $500 w debit card which is issued with it (ask for one if u did not get it when opening the uob1 account)

Is there a way to manage the current giro arrangements?

And how do u link the debit card into Internet banking?

Yes. So long you have the funds. There is no issue.

Got a call from uob.saying instead of spending 500 on credit card, they have some savings plan for 500 a mth . anyone got details? Banker dun wan to send details over n wants to meet at bank instead to give more info

Just an instinct, it could be an endowment plan kind of savings account. do post here if you find out.

Hi, is there any fast one-time GIRO arrangement I can make?

M1 deducted 2 months of subscription from me last month, which they compensated in a way by not deducting this month. But that would mean I have less 1 GIRO arrangement with UOB One!

most new GIRO applications take more than 2-3 weeks to approve and take effect, so it would be very difficult as now already mid Aug.
one alternative is to talk to your payroll officer, to do a one-time Salary GIRO this month instead ? Just a thot
