For card spending, there is a separate forum for UOB One card:
https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/threads/uob-one-card.3168742/page-504
Better chances to get replies at that forum.
You should also go UOB website to look at the t&cs and it will become clearer.
ok, I attach the t&cs for you here : https://www.uob.com.sg/credit-cards/pdf/online-cards-campaign.pdf
For further card questions, go to the UOB One card forum.

LOL.. but you can still enjoy 4.6% if you park 360k first into HSBC and then pump the rest into UOB One? or keep 150k in UOB One for 4% and pump the rest into HSBC for 4.6%.

anyway the CSO (via chat assist) informed me just to make sure the end-day balance on 31 July is higher or equal to MAB of June + pledged amount to top up. within the month of July.. can do any transactions doesn't matter. the pledged amount will only be earmarked in August.

screenshot the conversation in case need to dispute later.
Since they only earmark from the end of Aug, so after depositing the pledged amount at end July can withdraw on 1 Aug to earn higher interest elsewhere before putting back at end August. What do you think?

they never state which specific day of August they will earmark. and as I shared, from 1 Aug, need to maintain June MAB + pledged top-up, so it'll be highly risky if:
- they disqualify you because the balance is less than June MAB + pledged top-up
- they could not earmark successfully because you withdraw on 1 Aug and didn't put back before they tried to earmark

for me I will not want to risk not getting earmarked properly and waste the time and effort to set it up.

They did state, I think (albeit not in the clearest term), when they will earmark - see table of clause 2.9 of the T&C [Participating Deposit will be Earmarked ...] (linked).

last time (like years ago) they will credit in one or two days after you call in.

now, they seem to only do so at the end of the month or the start of the new month when they are doing crediting of the interests.. including refunds and stuff.

so have to be patient and wait at least a month to see if they do the crediting.

based on month you joined (e.g. Feb - Apr; May - Jul, etc.).

actually have been sticking with One card quarterly rebate for many years liao... it's good cashback for those who're disciplined enough to track their expenses to max the rebate (neither underspend nor overspend) and have another 'spare' fuss-free card for other rebates (like the SC unlimited or maybe Citi true cashback).
