Can I ask for those Cashback earned from spending at Shopee, Grab, SimpleGo...etc. Are they only credit on a quarterly basis?

yup, but the extra 5% for selected merchants... will only see one month later (i.e. start of 2nd month of next quarter).

sometimes it's quite confusing to keep track lol
lol glad have someone who echos that it is very confusing to keep track, and no tracker for it for the longest time

Yes. On the start of new quarter.
The cashback can be deducted automatically by Credit Card Payment or have to go to respective store to redeem? Like using UOB One at Toastbox/BreadTalk need to ask for redemption?

Was forced to update Singtel App today .... and when trying to pay my bill, kena re-direct to AXS for payment .... tested with $1 payment using UOB one card ...... the transaction is reflected as "AXS" .....

Think cannot use UOB one card to pay bills with Singtel App already to clock $500 min spend ....

There's goes another nerf, I'm surprised they would use AXS for standard cc payment though

Hi Guys, i am current using OCBC 360, typically i get bonus interest of around $390 per month from average daily balance increase of $500, salary credit and credit card spend base on $100k. But i am quite frastrated with OCBC because it is very difficult to track the criterias and some months i will failed to get the save and spend interest because sometimes the transactions in the last few days of the month does not count or get posted.

So am thinking to switch to UOB one and would like to check if you guys face similar problem with UOB one? and I am also concern with UOB one $500 credit card spend, if i dont hit this $500 spend how much would the bonus interest be for that month? As some months its really hard for me to hit this target if there is no big spend.

Would sticking to ocbc 360 with $200k be better or would it be better for me to switch to UOB one with $150k in the account?

UOB TMRW apps can track the cc expenditure, always fulfill the 500 card spend a few days before the last business day of the month in order for all transactions to be posted for the month.

UOB is a lot easier in the sense of

(1) fewer things that will trap you, there isn't a need to ensure an increase in average balance every month like for the OCBC 360,

(2) UOB app has a tracker that you can check to confirm you meet the 2 conditions of salary credit + spend min of 500 in the month,

(3) you could meet the 500 min spend with payment to insurance and utilities (though it won't earn any rewards for the card)

Hi, I have both OCBC 360 and UOB One Account. If your concern is that you can't hit the $500 card spend, then UOB One Account is worse cos if you don't clock $500 card spend, the bonus interest for the month will be ZERO, whereas for OCBC 360, you only lose 0.6%.

Also, OCBC 360 is most optimized at $100k saving, not $200k as the Grow interest is only for the first 100k. It's better to just leave $100k in 360, and find somewhere else with higher than 2.4% interest to park the other $100k.

App wise, UOB is much easier to track the spending and the ADB. I use my own Excel spreadsheet for 360

Uob one account issue debit or credit card?

I already have an iaccount and a blue color One debit card. But I want to close the iacct, so just opened the uob one acct. The online apps showed the silver color uob one card. I was expecting a debit cum ATM card.
