Currently I have 4 set up but wanted to set up one more just in case...

town council x 1
telco bill x 2

Any other bills can be set up by giro? Do not want to set credit card on giro as I prefer to monitor the payment and pay manually.

(Myrepublic broadband is not included in the list too )

Fairprice items -> OCBC Plus (free AF for members)

The above plus UOB One can already make up for minimum 3 GIRO.

For using giro to pay credit card, if the annual fee comes and the giro paid for it, can you still request the fee to be waive?

That is one of the reasons that I still pay the credit card manually...

You can put UOB credit card in giro but need to monitor for annual fees and auto deduction of UNI$ points when annual fees is due.

Better to request for UOB credit card annual fee waiver earlier before the payment due date, where possible, as sometimes it takes a few days for the results of waiver request to be known.

It is possible but slightly difficult and take more time after annual fees is deducted through giro.

Guess I stick to the hard way of paying manually. My work requires frequent travel so I can't monitor that closely.

Yes can pay any 3 credit cards, can only opt to pay full amount or minimum balance, need to have min $10.01 payable for giro to trigger. Giro usually earmark the payment about 5 working days before the credit card due date and make the deduction on the due date.

To fufil UOB ONE bank account requirements and receive up to 2.43% bonus interest for amount capped at $50k.

Either salary credit or 3 giro payments from UOB ONE bank account and meet $500 min spending per calendar month on eligible UOB credit cards.

If you confirm met the requirements then go call in to dispute.

Btw the min 5 transactions is requirement for rebate on the UOB one card, not requirement for the bonus interest.

For bonus interest need min $500 spend on uob one/yolo/lady/visa direct/masters debit. In addition need either salary crediting or min 3 giro bill payment from the UOB One account

Your three credit card payments must be done via GIRO. You cannot pay by UOB internet banking (like what you can do for OCBC), as that won't be counted. Even if it's a UOB credit card.
