Anyone who have not receive their One Account bonus interest yet for Jan? Usually they post it within 2-3 business days but its been more than that and still not sighted in my a/c.... I don't have any payments to govt and my transactions is definitely above $500 for jan... so just wondering if its a delay in posting

So including me and sgdividend there are 3 here who didnt receive bonus interest?

I didnt do anything different from previous months, something must have changed in their system

actually mind sharing the transactions to see what happened? if u read back the pages, it was known since last year that the new tnc will be in fact from 1 Jan... so in a sense the bank didn't hide the changes.

I thought only the 50k to 75k was loudly declared through SMS and website.

I don't think the other new changes u mention was mentioned loudly.

One has to scroll to the bottom of the page
Click on the bottom terms and conditions
There are 32 pages
Need to read every line carefully till page 24.

I don't think this is reasonable

Uob waived my credit card annual fee.

They usually deduct the annual fee from your $uob or miles without your knowledge

Better to check and call them to reverse the redemption and ask for a proper waival

If they give back why move out ? Just spend what is eligible in future.

Nah, he just threaten threaten only, many retailers still think by threatening to pull out their funds they can get what they want but nowadays big organisation also bochup such threats, they will just go ahead and process your request to close the accounts

UOB one interest is free money to me every month, I rather beg them than threaten them, they probably will armchio behind if I threaten to pull out all my funds just because of 1 small dispute

So u guys need payments for govt/trading to hit the min $500 spending? I'm not so much affected since in order to play safe, I already excluded such payments to ensure I can hit the min spending.

UOB one account n credit card still works the best for me as of now.

Did you guys check your account statement? From there you can make an educated guess which spending are excluded.

It showed u Dec, so u need to wait another mth to see Jan!

I have been enjoying interest for many mths, then suddenly no interest, I just moved my funds out, it just confirmed they finally fixed their system to disallow the transactions :s13:

No... The statement is for 1 Jan to 31 Jan. It showed you the transactions and eligible spend for Jan. Only the bonus interest (credited in Jan statement) is due to what you have earned for Dec period. If you don't believe you can login to your internet banking and take a look at your own statement. It said Jan Statement.

Both the bonus interest and total card eligible spend in Jan statement are referring to Dec. I know, it is confusing.
