I’m planning to transfer 150k into my UOB One account before 30 Apr so that I can make the 150k MAB starting in May. For the $1600 salary crediting, can I check what’s the latest verified method? UOB website says either GIRO or PayNow (with comment “PAYNOW SALA”).

I looked through this thread and there was mentioning of FAST transfers which seems to be successful with more ppl than Paynow. Is FAST still working? If not, is anyone have success with the Paynow method to credit salary? I am thinking of doing a test transfer of 1600 via Paynow and would like to know if there’s any way I can check from the UOB TMRW app that the amount received is recognized as salary.

Yes, there is a tracker in the TMRW app. Tap on the 'Details' when you are at your One Account page, scroll down, and tap on the 'View activities'.

However, no one can be certain if this still works from May 2024 when the new interest rate started.

For those using PayNow to credit salary from other banks into UOB One , are you doing this manually every month or can you set up some recurring PayNow transfer so that it happens without your intervention?

In my POSB app I don’t see any options for recurring payments with PayNow.

Yesterday I started transferring some funds into my UOB One account. Started with a $5 Paynow transfer (with “PAYNOW SALA” comment) from my POSB account for testing, and followed by 150k FAST transfer.

Today while checking the UOB personal banking website, I saw that my UOB One account’s current balance is 150005 while available balance is 150000. There’s an item called Total Earmark of $5. Does UOB One earmark funds? I thought earmarking only applies to Stash account.

With the change on the limit to 150k from 100k...I think worth going for the promotion of earmarking additional $50k for 4 months and get that $250

Don't wait, be proactive. Check the various banks websites for info regularly, or 1st & last day of each month. Look under Accounts, Cards, Promotions for more details. Normally, the latest key promotions will pop up in the website 1st page.

You mean the salary credit tracker? It's a greyed-out bar that turns green when salary credit is tracked.
