“Retail transactions” refers to local and foreign retail transactions and recurring bill payment but excludes the following:
(a) previous months’ outstanding;
(b) cash advances, balance transfers, fund transfers and fund withdrawals;
(c) instalment loans, monthly instalment under instalment payment plans or SmartPay;
(d) transactions arising from the use of your UOB credit card or UOB debit card for ATM transactions, NETS transactions, bill
payments at AXS machines, SAM machines and NETS machines;
(e) fees, interests, late payment charges and other financial charges imposed by UOB;
(f) payment of funds to any prepaid accounts, including but not limited to top-ups on any stored value facility, EZ Link card
transactions and other transit link transactions;
(g) unposted, voided, cancelled, disputed and/or reversed transactions within the calendar month for any reason. We reserve the
right to debit the amount of Bonus Interest credited from any of your Accounts if the adjustments arising from such unposted,
voided, cancelled, disputed and/or reversed transactions have not been made within the relevant month; and
(h) any other transactions we may exclude from time to time without prior notice.

If cashback is your thing, HSBC Advance card is probably best right now unless you are shackled to the One account.

1.5% cashback with no criteria to meet.
2.5% if $2000 and above.
Add 1% for advance bank account holder (2.5 to 3.5%).

It seems that the TnC mentioned prepaid top up in the exclusion list. But someone mentioned that it should be qualified in the previous posts.

Just called in today to verify with CSO. The operator mentioned SP bills is not in the exclusion list based on the list they have. He advise me to call back to check again once i charge the SP bills to the card aft feb 1st so then they can verify.

No reason why not. CC payment is not tied to your CC name. You can opt to pay for anybody’s bill provided you have the correct account number with Singtel.
