Hello guys, is AXS payment of IRAS considered as utility bills or govt org? I don't think so right? Since the billing org is AXS. Currently UOB has promo for new card application gets $150 if spend 1200 but utility and govt org excluded.

For bonus interest on uob one account, post date in calendar month.
