Hi, I rarely use Grab app. But isn't GrabPay like a mobile wallet? So can still withdraw the money out after top-up?

Based on the statement, my quarter is as follow

- Sep to Nov
- Dec to Feb
- Mar to May
- Jun to Aug

U should see this entry in your statement nearer to the payment due date of your card:

Also, depending on when you applied for the giro, it will take at least 3-4 weeks to take effect even though it might have already been reflected in your GIRO arrangement in iBanking under Upcoming payments, GIRO tab

Yeah that’s why withdrawing is not allowed (until unless there’s a way to distinguish the source of funding between cc and, say, cash or bank transfer), and people are buying the credits at a discount.
