I assume the $50 is sign up bonus? Not conclusive, Suggest you call in to check with uob.

i just submitted in ibanking GIRO for my UOB One CC card and YOLO. how fast do they process the GIRO? my bill cycle is 1st monthly, hoping in time.

also, i selected full payment. how many days in advance do UOB determine how much to deduct? I will be paying full barring $10 a few days prior to due date.

Giro to charity using UOB One credit card is excluded from rebates and not UOB One account. Sorry for the confusion.

Someone did post in the UOB One account thread that Giro to UOB account, I.e. paying car loan with UOB is not counted as eligible Giro though paying UOB Credit card via Giro is eligible.

Oh i don’t know about the one to Charity is excluded...nasty

U should see this entry in your statement nearer to the payment due date of your card:

Also, depending on when you applied for the giro, it will take at least 3-4 weeks to take effect even though it might have already been reflected in your GIRO arrangement in iBanking under Upcoming payments, GIRO tab

You are confusing yourself dude. When you charge a recurring amout to your credit card, that is not call giro.

For giro to go thru, amount payable has to be $10 and above. Otherwise they will not deduct giro and let the amount grow until it exceed then they will deduct the total amount thru giro.
