Based on my interpretation of the tnc, wef nov 30, even if grab topup does not qualify for quarter rebate (due to being classified under MCC 6540 possibly), it would still qualify for additional 5% rebate.

But still, a bit dangerous for many of us who depend on grab topup to meet the minimum spending.

Which is a division of UOB.
UOB Travel transactions should be referring to transactions made on that Travel agency.

UOB Travel is their UOB Travel/tour division. bus/mrt is 5% as usual, no additional.

The additional 1% rebate for Utilities payment, is it indicated as GRAB cash rebate in the statement? I have a $0.40 cash rebate credit in my Oct 2019 statement but i don't remember using GRAB for my Jul-Sep quarter except a utilities payment in Sep.
