However I only got rebate of $50 credited in. Did I get my month of spending wrong? Or is there kind of unqualified spending?

It is based on spending posted in the 3 statement months. There are also some exclusions, refer to the TnC.

Thanks. I read already. The only issue might be the spending relating to this rebate could be I took the wrong quarter or my supp card spending is not counted as the total

The statement cycles for the rebate is stated in the statement under rewards summary. Supp card spend should be included.

do you know if the consecutive 3 months is based on calendar quarter (jan-mar, apr-jun, etc) or based on the month i get the card? so if i got it today it will be nov-jan

If you referring to the quarterly rebate, if card is approved in Nov, likely the first quarter is Nov-Jan. And note that it goes by posted transactions in statement month (not calendar month). Suggest you call uob to confirm what is the qualifying quarter and also request statement date to align to calendar month for easy tracking, once you get the card.

I believe the digital card can only be used for Point-of-Sale contactless payment, via the UOB Mighty app.

In this scenario,

Billing period: 3rd Nov - 2nd Dec
Grab Pay transaction: 20th Nov

UOB may treat Grab Pay as excluded since your statement is 2nd Dec which is after 30th Nov which the new rules take effect. Seems like their software doesn’t look at transaction dates. May need to call in to manually appeal (even the CSO also need convincing).

This exact scenario happened for my rebates when they first started to remove government transactions such as town council, parking, etc.
