Read carefully and understand. There is no grab rewards points given for topping up regardless of which card you used, nothing related to UOB.

I've already registered previously, and Points 3 and 4 stated the Qualifying Periods (where I satisfied minimum expenditure for all) and the rewards will only be credited by 30 Nov 2019 hmmm...But I don't think I've received anything yet zzz

No. You can request for the statement month to align to calendar month for easier tracking

Yes, 5% cashback for min $2000 retail spend. Otherwise will be 3.33% for min $500 retail spend.
