I am wondering if top-up of BreadTalk & ToastBox rewards card / Kopitiam card falls under this 6540 Stored Value Card Purchase/Load?

Kopitiam card only accept Amex and MasterCard, as far as i remember

Both Visa and Master are accepted, may not have Amex.

However, there's an admin fee of 2% via Credit Card so will try not to use Credit Card to top up unless there's a "real need". BUT... Good news is, there's a waiver of 2% admin fee when you top up your Kopitiam Card with DBS/POSB Mastercard till 30 May 2020.

Topping up to Grab gives you the UOB One card rebates + additional 5% if you meet the quarter amount rebates.

I was trying to clarify the part on BreadTalk / ToastBox rewards card which is a stored value card. They do have the in-app top-up function which I believe that could be easily be recognised under MCC 6540. But we can do a top-up in the physical shop as well. Could it be recognised under 2 different MCC if they are using the same terminal for payments and top-ups.
