Is Singtel bill payment through its website a valid transaction for UOB One Card?

Once again UOB refusing to waive annual fee.

in my 5 yrs with uob one, my 3rd year wasnt wavied. well with the tier like everyone, i cap at 500+ for each mnth every year. so the cso said i didn't meet the criteria. unless the criteria change every year, she is just ********ing.

I think min spend per year is $10K in order for fee waiver.

UOB is a funny bank, i request for waiver they reject. I call up to cancel then they waive and ask me to keep?

UOB deducted UNI$6000 for annual fees and refused to waive. Finally after so many rounds of callbacks, I've decided enough is enough, cancelled the card and asked for reinstatement of my UNI$.

Yup. Outright sneaky to deduct UNI$ without reminders or notifications. All they can quote is "refer to TnC, it's stated there".

Lucky i notice for my card and ask for waiver which was instantly approved.

The deduction should be shown on the statement as a transaction, better than last time only show on rewards summary.

MCC 7399 is now excluded from earning UOB ONE CARD cash rebate. Checked with 2 different CSOs and was told the same answer. Cardup transactions under 7399 also not eligible. Anyone aware of this?

I paid my income tax via Cardup last week, and uob confirmed that MCC was 7399 thus not eligible. They told me all 7399 transactions are now excluded.

How to check the transaction number? Will I be able to check myself? Is that the first 4 digit of the transaction number?

enrichment/tuition centre excluded. learnt it the hard way
