I think they tried calling me once about it though...and it was a missed call. Then there was an SMS saying UOB tried calling me but couldn't reach me. Any other queries, call them etc etc.

No big issues there right?

Is transaction using Pay + Earn by AXS counted as eligible minimum spend for the UOB One card? I checked with the CSO, and it was deemed as not eligible as it is under the category of "Top-up". Not sure if anyone has any experience to share.

Ask CSO for the MCC.

Anyone got experienced this before? For the past months ever since UOB one already exclude insurance, been using card up for payment to meet the spending requirements.

This month, card up as per usual on monthly transaction, suddenly prudential also deduct another transaction. So now i got cardup and prudential direct deduct from cc. This month is the first month i encounter it. All these while no auot deduct from prudential as cardup already settle the payment. Thanks

most likely is system issue... the payment by cardup to prudential did not meet the cut-off for prudential to charge UOB.

i try to make sure the payment from cardup reaches prudential at least two days before.

Hi all,

Not sure if this was asked before. Does UOB One CC rebates (promo or quarterly) reduce the card minimum spend for that particular month? Thanks. (E.g. If I has a net spend of $1.7k ($2k gross spend and a $300 quarterly rebate) for this mth, do I need to spend additional $300 to achieve net spend of $2k?) Thanks.

Rebate does not affect spending

Not sure how you creatively came to this conclusion.

Nowhere it was mentioned that this is the case.
