Due to this recent policy change in march which i wasnt aware, it resulted me to miss my 2k spent target

no harm trying... but it came into effect since March leh, where were you since then... now already August.

i'm also appealing but mine is some transaction in may which is not in their exclusion (at least not explicitly...). my cycle is may-jul so just got the cash rebate posted today which is less than what I had expected. pending appeal.

are you also from may-jul that's why you only realise you miss the target now? which means you top up grab wallet in may? jun? jul? how come never kena the drop in rebate for mar and apr?

Any idea when I can expect to see rebates from GrabFood payments? I've been using the One card to pay directly for my GrabFood orders.

This is my first full quarter (Apr-Jul) where nothing happened to violate any of the criteria, so I'm not sure when I should see the GrabFood rebates.

It should come in with your quarter rebates on the end of the fourth month. You should be getting it end of Aug statement month with the quarter rebates

my rebates also got issue.. I topped up 2k in Grab in early march before the nerf..

My cycle is mar, apr, may.. early July they got give me the rebates.. Aug they send me sms say got error.. they clawback.. I suspect is due to this.. They still haven't get back to me..
