Gov hospital excluded.
But Govt or non Govt hospital not so easy to tell
Avoid paying with UOB one card if unsure. Not worth risking ...

So Shopee pay excluded from the 10%, but still included in calculation towards min spend and also the 3.33% or 5% ya...

I know cold storage post on same day as well. 22 oct swipe to buy cold storage voucher at 8+pm, next day posted with post date also 22 oct.
