I was advised by the CS that if my statement is < $10, there will be no repayment due date. Hence, there is no late payment charge and interest charge. Anyone has got this response before? My latest statement (with <$10 spend) doesn't show the due date indeed.
Yeah, my bill is on GIRO. Once I manually paid the bill until the amount due is $10, the GIRO did not trigger. I don't see late charge or interest charge indeed. But I did pay the outstanding $10 before the next statement is generated.

Now that shopee is imposing $1 per Visa transaction,
means now can only top up shopeePay wallet to enjoy the 5%+5% on UOB one card?

So essentially Shopee has block UOB one cards for small transactions with that $1 per Visa transaction crap

$1 fee applies to ShopeePay topup, like GrabPay topup. No extra fee if paid directly using Visa cards

This month got U-save rebate. Those using this card for utility bill payment need to take note if this affects their spending .....

for Tier 3 ($2000) spending tier, will be reduced to 3.33%.

"W.e.f. 1 May 2022, get up to 10% cashback on your bus and train MRT rides with SimplyGoNEW, Dairy Farm International, Grab, Shopee Singapore and SP transactions. Your UOB One Credit Card cashback for minimum S$2,000 spend will also be revised to up to 3.33% (S$200 quarterly cashback) with effect from the statement month of July 2022 (i.e. your spending in June). To find out more about your new benefits and changes, here."

the FAQ site currently not working, awaiting for more detailed explanation how this affects everyone's upcoming quarter as it mentions taking effect from July 2022 (June spending).

Seek help here. If I pay via ShopBack purchase ( not wallet top up) using UOB ONE card, is it considered as qualifying spend?

thats prolly the cause of it . Too many people charge income tax, so makes 2k spend too easy to hit.

Hmm, I am now into my 3rd month of my quarterly spend this month of May. Hopefully my $2k spend for the past 2 months and this month won't be wasted ....

OK, think I am safe. The 3.33% rebate is wef June spending .....

So no incentive to chiong $2k spend as the % rebate is same whether $500/1000/2000 spend per billing month ...

Think most people will switch to $500 monthly spend just to get bonus interest if they need iPayMy in hitting $2k ....

after the changes, no point hitting $2k. might as well just aim 500.
if my spending month is Apr-Jun, i wonder how this works? still can spend 2k on apr and may?
june spending how

maybe, unless most of the spending are under the 10% rebate (dairy farm, shopee, grab etc). Think they will do it such that entire quarter fall under the new TnC then start the new scheme.
