Can I check if UOB allows you to start your billing cycle every 1st of the month? Because as far as I know due to different ending dates monthly, they usually lets you end 1st of every month and starts new cycle on 2nd of every month. Happened to my AMEX they only allow start 2nd day of the month
Yup they allow

ok then
no 1st statement
16 Jul (although already past) to 15 Aug second statement (which include spend from 25 Jul to 15 Aug)
16 Aug to 1 Sep third statement

confirm with CSO

fyi when they say quarter is jul, Aug, Sep, they mean statements generated in the said month and there cannot be 2 statements generated in a calendar month
I confirmed with CSO.

There will only be two statements for my this quarter. 16/7 - 15/08, 16/08 - 30/09.

Means i will miss out on one month worth of rebate.

Wah, means you will likely missed the quarterly rebate since 1 month considered you never clock?

ok, in this case your statement date is changed to end of month, not 1st of month

no, 1st quarter is prorated
Prorated only for your special case due to change of billing cycle ya? For normal quarter we must spend $500/$1000/$2000 within the month of billing cycle right? Let say Aug spend $1000, Sep spend $3000, Oct spend $2000. Will not qualify for the $2000 spent even tho it is $6000 across 3 months?

Same I was confused on this, AMEX only allows closing on 28th or 2nd every month but I just did change with UOB also via chat and told them to start on the 1st of every month, guess have to wait and see for mine

Does it make a difference? isn’t it the same?
just highlighting the statement date is last day of month although u requested to change to 1st of month. This resulted in 1.5 month for the 3rd statement instead of 0.5 month. Difference is just 1 day in statement date, not much a diiference if u clock the spending in earlier part of statement month but may be a difference of which month a spending clocks to affecting the whole quarterly rebate if happen to spend towards end of month.

I am confused by ipaymy's latest update. Is ipaymy eligible for UOB One cashback?
Which cards can earn rewards with ipaymy?
Which Singapore-issued credit cards will earn miles/points/cashback with ipaymy?

Anyone tried "AXS Pay+Earn", still eligible for cash rebate, or bonus interest?

Thanks.

woah.. after so many years I never had such issues like the app shows wrong amount leh.

I always trust the banks for tallying the credit/debit correctly under the balance amount. I only check the entries if the individual in/out amounts are correct.

if there's any refund amount, it will not be counted as part of the 2k spent. you need to spend the amount refunded to clock the 2k mileage.
