I have but didn't request for the "special edition" card ... i prefer the original design, more subtle and understated ... the special edition one with all the stars looks quite tacky to me

For existing card holder, $500 min for new quarter after 1 oct. The new quarter can start in nov or dec depending on the card start month.

Not really. I usually have IPP and have always been able to waive annual.

One thing ppl may not realise is that you cannot pay in full BUT you can transfer to another card (without the BS processing charge and whatnot even if it's same bank) If they really don't want waive just apply new fee free card and transfer lor.

Did you you spend at least $7200 a year on the card and thus annual fee auto waived off?

Nope I just ask to transfer to other card and cancel old card. Wasn't due to pay annual fee yet.

It very much depends on the merchant. Can take 0 to 7 days

That timing is bad. If it's a local merchant and you do it on 29th, high chance it will be posted on 2 Nov statement. If it's online or overseas transaction, very unpredictable.

Thatime i max spend for sep le. Statement date 13th sep i spend on 11th tot will post two days ltr for oct statement, since it is wkend or sth. Pui kenna 12 sep end up $250 for zero rebate
