Thanks so much bro. I've submitted the GIRO application for both via UOB iBanking already :)

Anyway, does UOB iBanking provide info about the expenditure of the UOB ONE cc? I would like to see if I manage to hit the $500 every month :)

CC spend need to check online (like most other CC) but not as clear as OCBC360's if that's what u r comparing it to.

It depends when the merchant post the transactions.

Hi bro, will the amount spent on each merchant show up in the records? Currently when I check UOB iBanking, only the total amount charged to my card is reflected. Is there any way to check the individual expenditure for each merchant?

I understand my qualifying quarters are Jul to Sep, Oct to Dec and so on. In order to qualify for Oct to Dec, do i need to start spending in Sep or Oct? This part is confusing cus i called the bank twice and spoke to 2 different operators where one of them told me i need to spend in Sep in order for the bill to be reflected in Oct while one told me i should start spending in Oct. Which is right? TIA!

Check your statement date, and make sure the Oct statement hit 500. So both of them could be correct. If your statement date is the last day of the month, spend in Oct 1st till 30th, and your statement dated 31th will get 500. If your date is 16th Oct, Spend between 17th Sep to 15th Oct.

Oic thanks for the explanation!

The person told me to spend between 3rd of the month to 2nd of the next month. Does this means that i should spend between 3rd Sep to 2nd Oct, 3rd Oct to 2nd Nov and 3rd Nov to 2nd Dec if i wanna qualify for the cashback for Oct to Dec?

Yes. More accurately the posted qualifying spending need to meet the min amount tier for each and every of the months you mentioned.

The rebates come in on the fourth month (after your qualifying quarter - which should be Jan to March), so your next qualifying quarter should be Apr to June and you get the rebates in July.

Call the bank to check and clarify if in doubt

Saw $300 cashback stated in the statement, but it's not "credited" as a transaction in the statement to offset the statement balance yet. Any idea when does his happen?

The next time you have bill to be paid in your statement.

Means can't pay all my bills before statement date? And need to purposely leave some transactions for statement balance during statement date? :s13:

Usually pay all my bills before statement date so my statement balance is $0. :D

Anybody got a weird quarterly Cash Rebate instead of usual $50 / $100 / $300 ?

I got mine at $198.++, which is none of the tier.

If anybody knows what has happened, please let me know, thanks~
