I am keen to find out also. Hospitals should not be included since they are not even using gov.sg for their websites. As far as I remember, those spend and redeem promotion will explicitly state hospital charges excluded.

The 3 x Giro payments are paid from your UOB One Current account, not charged to your UOB One credit card.

Depends on MCC code. Singapore post no gov.sg but MCC code is gov related so it is still excluded.
