did u try to appeal? they got one chance for appeal... and will require u to 'top up' the shortfall in the next month to 'save' your rebate.

Hello guys, is AXS payment of IRAS considered as utility bills or govt org? I don't think so right? Since the billing org is AXS. Currently UOB has promo for new card application gets $150 if spend 1200 but utility and govt org excluded.
