Is GrabPay top up using saved card details or entered manually both eligible for the additional 5% Grab rebate?

Refer to the ONE Card T&Cs. There is a Base Rebate of 0.03% of total card transactions in a calendar year (Jan to Dec). The base rebate to be credited in Feb the following year.

Thank you, Mickey. So the CSO gave me the wrong information about the 0.03% rebate.

UOB T&C:
Quarterly Cash Rebate for the first Quarter may be awarded on a pro-rated basis as follows:
i) where the Minimum Spend for a Tier is only met in the third Statement for the first Quarter, then
one-third of the Quarterly Cash Rebate for that respective Tier will be awarded;
ii) where the Minimum Spend for a Tier is only met in the second and third Statements for the first
Quarter, then two-thirds of the Quarterly Cash Rebate for that respective Tier will be awarded

Am I right to say that one will get 2/3 of the cash rebate (e.g. 2/3 of $50) if 2nd and 3rd statements of the 1st quarter met the criteria?

Another CSO told me it's wrong. :s11: I hope they'll approve my appeal and I don't have to call them again about this :s34:

You can try and call again. But based on my understanding of this paragraph, if you miss the first month or 2nd month (especially the first quarter where your card is just approved), the chances of appeal successful is higher than if you miss the condition on the third month of the quarter.

I’m doing that. It counts towards the 5% rebate and you get another Geneco 1% rebate at the end of the statement month.

Yes these count to the spending for quarterly rebate. Note need min $2000 and min 5 transactions for all 3 months of quarter to get $300, not exactly straight 5%

For those who're using this card for EZ-reload via Mastercard/Visa, can I confirm it is eligible for both bonus interest as well as quarterly rebates (eligible spent)?

Sorry if this was asked before...
Will top ups to Youtrip be considered for the rebate and min spend?

Hi guys,

Want to check if I have been paying $2000, 5 txn each month. Total of 6 months. So for the 4th month, $300 should be credited in as a rebate right?

If the 4th month I use the $300 to offset my $2000 bill for the 4th month. Will it still qualify as $2000 spent for that month or $1700?

the rebate you receive does not impact your spending amount/criteria
